Over the years, I have been fortunate to traverse incredible landscapes—from wandering the historic, cobbled lanes of Edinburgh and its ancient fortresses to trekking deep into Mexican jungles to discover the majestic ruins of Chichén Itzá and connect with Mayan traditions. My travels have taken me through the heritage sites of the United States, the vibrant city of Edmonton, Canada, and across every Hawaiian island over the last ten years, uncovering the unique soul of each shore. My bond with Polynesia is deeply personal, rooted in my husband’s heritage from American Samoa. Yet, regardless of the destination, my greatest joy is the authentic cultural exchange—engaging with locals, hearing their histories, supporting their crafts, and sharing in their daily lives. It is these human connections that truly define a journey.

As empty nester traveling with my husband, I know firsthand that this chapter of life is an incredible time for deeper, more meaningful exploration. I took that passion and used it to launch Unmapped Adventures as a professional Travel Designer. Shortly after establishing my business, I used my design expertise to plan a seamless, 30-day road trip for my daughters through the backroads of Italy and France. Watching them experience the world further inspired my mission. Today, I specialize in crafting bespoke, active itineraries for couples and culturally curious adults, focusing on unique boutique hotels, immersive cultural routes, and romantic escapes.
